My sister & the boys are coming home ! I'm so excited - seems like forever since I've seen them. I'm picking her up at the Cleveland airport late Saturday night - I think she's awfully brave to attempt the flight home by herself with a 5 year old and a 3 month old plus she has 2 layovers. If money wouldn't be an issue I'd fly out just to fly home with her but since this week was tax week, yeah... funds are a tad short.

So - my boys have been off to a poor start this year. The game last night broke my heart and made me furious at the same time. To lose it in the ninth... to Boston?!?!? To Manny!?!!? It was really too much. Only bright spot is my man Pronk has had multi-hit games in his last couple of days so there's hope he's coming around. I will never be a fair-weather fan but I must admit it is a bit depressing to watch them stumble when you know they can do so much better. At least Detroit is stumbling, no they're beyond stumbling, they've fallen flat on their faces. That makes me feel a little bit better.
Me and my best roomie. I love hanging out with this gal - she's the best. We've both gone through some kinda tough times over the past couple of months and its amazing how that can strengthen a friendship. God's way of making losing something not quite so awful, i guess...
